     Totskiy Alexander Vladimirovich, born in 1952, the Professor of the "Department of signal reception, transmission and processing" of the National Aerospace University named by N.E. Zhukovsky "KhAI", Doctor of Technical Sciences. In 1974 graduated from the Radiophysics faculty of Kharkov State University on the major subject "Radiophysics and electronics".
